Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 tbsp mulberries (chopped if large)
  • 1/2 cup granola (slightly crushed)
  • 1/4 cup Hu chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (creamy works best)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, mulberries, granola, coconut, and chocolate chips.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the almond butter, honey, and protein powder until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well!
  4. Roll into small balls (about 1 inch wide).
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week—or freeze for longer!
