  1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

    • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the Cocojune yogurt with the chocolate protein powder until smooth and free of clumps.
  2. Assemble the Bark:

    • Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper for easy removal.
    • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. Add Toppings:

    • Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the yogurt base.
    • Follow with the grain-free granola and coconut flakes, distributing them evenly for a nice crunch in every bite.
  4. Freeze:

    • Place the sheet pan in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours, or until the bark is fully set and firm.
  5. Serve:

    • Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and carefully peel it off the foil.
    • Break it into pieces and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
